Our most popular dish is the seared Hakata motsu nabe!
The fresh motsu imported from Hakata is seared beforehand, which adds to the savory flavor of the motsu,
It also has a good texture, and because the excess fat is drained off, the result is a very easy-to-eat hot pot with a rich and umami flavor.
We have four kinds of soups available: miso, soy sauce, chige (chige), and dashi broth,
The fun part is that you can choose the one you like... ♪

Another attraction of our restaurant is the fresh ingredients shipped directly from Kyushu.
Sashimi using fresh fish from Fukuoka's Nagahama Market as well as robatayaki are recommended!
