We use fresh ingredients shipped directly from Kyushu through our own procurement channels.
In particular, seafood managed in the restaurant's fish tank is processed on the spot after receiving an order.
This ensures that customers can enjoy the freshest seafood at any time of the day!
A wide variety of cooking methods are available, such as live sashimi, robatayaki, tempura, and more!
We offer dishes that bring out the best flavors of the ingredients.
We also offer rare fish from Kyushu, which are not often seen in Tokyo,
