cooking	We source fresh fish daily from fishermen in Fukuoka and keep it alive in our fish tanks. Our specialties include “Live-Sliced Conger Eel” and “Hakata Sesame Mackerel,” as well as robatayaki and the famous Hakata motsunabe. We also serve pork and chicken from Itoshima and vegetables from Ito.
