Our restaurant is proud of its locally sourced Kyushu ingredients and Hakata specialty dishes, which are hard to find in Tokyo.In addition to course plans, we also accept individual orders, so please choose the one that best suits your occasion.

A special dish that you should especially try when you come to our store is the ``Itoshima red sea bream''.
We will serve Itoshima's red sea bream in a variety of ways, including ``Tai Sashimi Sesame Oil,'' which can be enjoyed as an appetizer or snack, as well as ``Tai Shabu'' and ``Exquisite Tai Chazuke.''
In addition, ``Ikizukuri'', which is proud of its freshness, is a masterpiece worthy of a higher-grade meal. We also have live sea bream, which is recommended for New Year's parties and other occasions when you want to enjoy a luxurious meal, so be sure to check it out!

At our restaurant, you can also order hot pot menu items individually.
There are 4 types of motsu nabe in total! We have prepared a broiled soy sauce offal hotpot, a broiled miso offal hotpot, a broiled offal hotpot with chin soup stock, and a grilled jjigae offal hotpot. Please choose your favorite menu depending on your mood.
